How to order:

1. Select a model. You can select one of our models or send us pictures of a fireplace mantel that you would like us to quote on.
2. We will send you an information sheet to fill in.
3. Fill in the information sheet and fax it back to us.
4. Choose a stone, (you can order stone samples to help you choose the type that you like. The cost of ordering the sample ($20) will be refunded when you place an order for a mantel)
5. We will send you a quote that includes any custom changes that you requested
6. Once you are ready to place an order, fax the signed quote and fax it back to us and make 30% down payment
7. We will send you a complete drawing of your mantel with exact dimensions.
8. Ask for changes if necessary and approve the drawing. (some changes may cause a change in the price of the mantel) We will start manufacturing your mantel. This may take up to 3 months.
9. We will send you a notification when your mantel is ready to ship
10. Make rest of the payment
11. Receive the product by common carrier and tailgate
